My philosophy
I am a passionate systems thinker, modeler, designer & decomposer. I like to understand complex systems and help others do the same.
I am a socio-technical focused enterprise architect and IT leader. Conway’s law can’t be ignored.
I am a lean & agile advocate. Feedback loops, learnings, iterative and gradual are the way to go.
I don’t believe in silver bullets or one size fits all solutions. There are no perfect solutions, only trade-offs.
What I do
I help organizations better understand, define and achieve their strategic outcomes, one step at a time.
My background
I am originally from California but have been in Switzerland for more than 20 years.
I have experience in IT management, enterprise architecture, IT transformation, project and portfolio management, product management, product development, solution architecture, IT security, cloud, IoT, systems engineering and more.
Most recently I have been working in the Pharma, Medical Device and Health industries. I also have experience working in the financial industry and public sector.
